Caturday in Seoul
Cats. And coffee. Need I say more? This Saturday I went to one of my favorite places- one of the many cat cafe’s in Seoul, Korea. For all you cat people out there that enjoy sipping your coffee and trying desperately to gain the attention of just *one* furry friend, this place is for you. Cuteness overload.
Homes in Seoul are typically pretty small, and not every animal lover is able to own a pet. Never fear though, Seoul offers many cat cafes (and even some dog and raccoon cafes)! I visited Cat Attic in Gangnam. To get there, take Line 3 and get off at Gangnam Station (Exit Number 9). From Exit Number 9, walk straight until you see a sign for a cat cafe located on the 4th floor of a building nestled between some others. Take the elevator up and voila! You have a perfect Saturday made, a Caturday if you will.
There are a few rules to remember as well:
♥ Don’t pick the cats up. They can come sit on your lap if they want to.
♥ Leave the sleeping cats alone.
♥ Buy snacks at the counter if you wish to feed them.
♥ Be quiet and keep the peace for both the cats and other customers!
♥ Don’t touch their tails or pull on them (obviously!)
