Come explore Seoul, Korea with me as I navigate the subway system, go shopping in Gangnam, and wander around the beautiful Bukchon Hanok Village.
I finally figured out how to navigate the Korean Subway System, which is actually pretty easy. There is also a Subway App that is super helpful and shows you all the lines and how to get to each station. The subway is so easy and convenient, and all you have to do is get a subway card and load it up with money. (There are directions in English as well!)
I also went shopping in Gangnam. Seoul has easily become my favorite place to shop in the world, and it isn’t good for my slight shopping addiction. I went shopping in Sinsa, an area in Gangnam known for its trendy clothing stores and restaurants. The shopping is a bit expensive here, and there are definitely cheaper places to go, but it’s a great place to visit for the ambience.
Nearby is a cat cafe in Gangnam, which I can’t get enough of. I love cat cafe’s, and they are all the rage in Asia. You can see more here.
Last, I visited Bukchon Hanok Village, which is so quaint and beautiful. It’s a wonderful place to get souvenirs or see lovely Korean architecture.
